Delete your Rollout account & data

Fastest way — in the app

Settings → “Delete my account & data”.

This immediately deletes your profile (name, avatar, photo), your private ride history, any live-location data, and the account itself. It cannot be undone.

No access to the app anymore?

Rollout accounts are anonymous — there is no email or phone number attached — so the account only exists on the device that created it. If the app is uninstalled or the device is gone, the account can no longer be signed into by anyone; to have its stored data removed, email us:

  1. Write to rollout.app.help@gmail.com with the subject “Rollout data deletion request”.
  2. Include anything that helps identify the data: the display name shown in the app and the approximate dates you used it.
  3. We will delete matching profile and ride-history data within 30 days and confirm by reply.

What gets deleted

Profile (display name, avatar color, photo), private ride history, push notification token, live-location data, and the anonymous account record. Live locations are ephemeral anyway — they are removed when a ride ends or you disconnect.
